I was out for a long winter walk in the snow with the dog and it was just beautiful. The silence of the forest with the snow falling was too good not to share.
I decided to go live on Periscope and the broadcast went to 101 live viewers. As we walked through the woods, down a path, and then finally out onto lake Johanna.

Then a telephoto shot of the snow coming down. This is a railroad track a mile from my home. I thought it was kind of cool way to show winter:

The dogwood is a beautiful red color and is gorgeous with the new snow.
Even my new dog Bear loved the snow.
