Low Carb Lettuce Wrap

Low Carb Lettuce Wrap

Sometimes a great meal can be slapped together just by pulling some fresh foods out of your refrigerator. My family has two groups of friends; our regular friends, and then we have our “refrigerator friends.” Refrigerator friends are the friends who can just come over and help themselves to whatever is in your fridge.

Not long ago, I came home from work and one of our refrigerator friends was in my kitchen after I got out of the shower. She made this amazing looking wrap!

She says to me “Hey! Good to see you. Hope you don’t mind I made myself a sandwich.” “No problem, but that looks really good, let me get a quick picture of it.” And that is literally how this post started. It has been repeated by us many times as a very fresh, quick, and easy meal.
